Account & Admin Executive

Job Title: Account & Admin Executive
Department: Finance
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm
Location: Natural Wellness Sdn Bhd, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities :
1. To assist Senior Account & Admin in overall accounts and administration related issues.
2. Maintain, prepare & responsible daily Transaction & Report in UBS Accounting system as well as quick cash flow & petty cash in excel sheet for the group of companies
3. Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable report as well as follow up for payment.
4. Issue cheque and letters / documents required for financial purpose.
5. Preparing and monitoring all Update invoices/creditors in UBS System.
6. Dealing with payment received, preparation of cheques, suspense account & etc. related to the operation.
7. Compile & checking claims and advances for staff and deal with necessary works when required.
8. Supervising Monthly closing of Funds Account.
9. Prepare for the month end closing journal as well as prepare necessary journal voucher for the group of companies
10. Supervising the daily funds bank reconciliation.
11. Liaison with auditors and tax agents & other necessary works. Assisting and make adjustment.
12. Issuing payment & receipts to supplier
13. Maintain & responsible all Update invoices (debtors) / bills (creditors) in
UBS Accounting system for the group of companies.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess Degree in Accounting or other relevant
qualification with 1-2 years’ experience or Diploma with 3-4 years’
experience (accounts receivable & accounts payable).
2.Experience handling fullest of accounts is an advantage.
3. Knowledge/experience in good practices in a similar industry would be an
added advantage. Training will be provided.
4. Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
