📌 Position: Head, Human Resource
📌 Location: Petaling Jaya
📌 Salary range: RM9,000 - RM15,000 based on experience and qualification
Responsibilities:
Job Description:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's vision, values,and long-term objectives.
• Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop adiverse and high-performing workforce.
• Implementing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.
• Leading HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks for the organization.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and execute the HR budget within the approved allocation to ensure
effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Develop Reward & Recognition program to promote employee morale and drive Performance.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field /Master's degree or relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
• Strong agility and able to manage the dynamic challenges effectively. Capable of handling a variety of different situations and staff issues.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
