Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Possess technical acumen with a sound understanding of software development processes, technical architecture, and system integration.
- Familiar and adept with agile management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and ClickUp.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Willing to be based at Bangi, Selangor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and set the vision for the module, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with teams from Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Support, Business Development, and Finance to ensure module success.
- Transform needs, defects, and technical debts into high-level product requirements/user stories, prioritizing based on user value, business impact, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in performing UATs to align with the initial vision and meet user needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of features from business and user perspectives, including engagement, business outcomes, and user satisfaction metrics.
