Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Minimum 1 year experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
Have IT knowledge of QA strategy, process, tools and be able to drive and execute software QA projects.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and execution.
- Working knowledge of test automation software (e.g., Selenium, qTest, Katalon, Appium).
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
Excellent documentation skills.
Willing to be based at Bangi, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure test artifacts are current and relevant to support ongoing software testing efforts.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of software issues, requirements, and testing procedures to ensure clarity and traceability.
- Create and implement test cases for mobile applications, web applications, and end-to-end testing to verify software functionality and performance.
- Conduct regression, functional, and user acceptance tests across software products, contributing to sprint deliveries and release cycles.
- Replicate reported defects, update test cases, and communicate effectively with developers to resolve issues, ensuring efficient defect management and resolution.
