Position : Talent & Culture Executive

Job Descriptions
- Employee development and training (identify training needs, organize trainings and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed).
- Manage HRDF (coordinate and manage training programs funded by HRDF).
- Performance management system (identify and develop relevant KPIs that align with company goals, ensure all KPIs are measurable, actionable, and aligned, support managers in conducting performance reviews and help identify and address performance improvement needs).
- Prepare and present detailed of training and KPI reports for HOD.
- Manage internship program (coordinate with department managers to identify internship opportunities and roles).
- Develop and implement succession planning (identify and develop high-potential employees within the company).

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Proven experience in talent management and performance management.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training and development in a corporate setting.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and technology-enabled learning solutions is desirable.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Management and relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs, talent & culture management and training & development.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
- Open to all Malaysians, with preference for Mandarin speakers.
